I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling, undertake regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development (CPD). I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate for adults, professional liability insurance and ICO registration. I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP since 2008) and adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
I am also Bupa Registered.
In addition to my private practice, I have provided counselling sessions to NHS patients through the IAPT Service (via The Eaves in partnership with NHS Surrey and Borders Trust); worked as a Specialist Mental Health Mentor delivering support to university students and delivered bereavement counselling at
Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.
It's easy to get the ball rolling, phone, email, text or message me via the contact page, and we can arrange a free, no-obligation, 30-minute initial telephone consultation to help you decide if counselling is the best form of support for you. If the thought of working together feels comfortable for us both, then the next stage is to agree on a time and day of the week for our (usually weekly) 50-minute sessions. I offer the option of short-term, long-term or time-limited therapy.
My counselling rooms are in Farnham, Surrey and are easy to find, with nearby parking facilities and links to public transport. I also offer online therapy sessions via Zoom, WhatsApp and phone.
Cost: £65 per session
(Reduced rate offered to Student Counsellors
subject to availability.)
