I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling, undertake regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development (CPD). I hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate for adults and professional liability insurance. I have been a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) since 2008 and adhere to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
In addition to my private practice, I provide counselling sessions for NHS patients through the IAPT Service (via The Eaves in partnership with NHS Surrey and Borders Trust). I also work as an external Specialist Mentor delivering support to university students with a broad spectrum of mental health issues.
It's easy to get the ball rolling, phone, email, text or message me via the contact page, and we can arrange a free, no-obligation, 20-minute initial telephone consultation, to help you decide if counselling is the right form of support for you. If working together feels comfortable then the next stage is to agree a time and day of the week for our 50-minute sessions (usually weekly). I offer the option of short-term, long-term or time-limited therapy.
My counselling rooms are in Farnham, Surrey and are easy to find, with nearby parking facilities and links to public transport. I also offer online therapy sessions via Zoom, WhatsApp and phone.
Cost: £55 per session (concessions for student counsellors).
